Scroll work, Leaves, Opals and Tear-drops, all so lovely combined together for these beautiful earrings.
The setting is of a open cut medium size Sterling Silver Tear-drop in a slightly textured finish.
Scroll work embellishes the top and bottom with two leaves that are raised and slightly folded. Between the leaves is a lovely round Opal set into it’s own raised bezel
These beautiful man made Opals have speckles of blues and greens that sparkles when the light shines on it.
Don’t be alarmed by the term man made as there are many advantages to this technique- one being, man made Opals have no water which makes them more durable and harder than the natural occurring opal.
Opal, the birthstone for October and is the chosen Gem for the 14th and 18th Wedding Anniversary.
